Construction Bio: Bank lane is a three level (including basement) property that contains a multitude of comfort functions. From the hydronic slab heating to the swimming pool that backs onto the beach and the circular art room and concrete spiral staircase, the house has everything a modern family needs. To top it off, the basement garage has a home theatre as well as a turntable that allows cars to leave the same way they came in.
